Observation

The second gradation instructor I observed was a former Penn State Harrisburg student, so I was suitable to uplift many of the same practices that we are being taught dud now put into action. For example, she had the poetry folders, read alouds, and many frigid bulks to choose from. I was especially pleased to bump that she engagement well thought out set inductions, inspiring questions, and support excellent control over her students. Also, I got to witness label instruction within her poetry lesson as she incorporate their itemize words into it. She mentioned that some of her lessons incorporate reading with science. Most of the students who were having major difficulties with learning were in separate classrooms. However, there was another instructor that would come to help certain students with their math. As far as language, she said that she works one on one with her students that bottom a minor speech impediment. She also had an ESL student. She also compound different levels of reading for the tier of students she had. When I asked to see an interdisciplinary Thematic Unit, she did not have one. She did inform me though, that every set aside they were reading revolved around sequencing. Even though this bang up was probably not in the location I would destiny to teach in, I did love observing second grade and working with that age group of students.
